Lúa means “moon” in Galician. Its contrasts and reflections symbolize the meeting of two talented singers with rich and atypical backgrounds, Morgane LE CUFF & Mélanie PANAGET.
Since 2017, the two artists have been developing a striking and warm musical universe that they share with a wide audience in France and abroad (Arcu Atlanticu festival in Gijón (Asturias), Nioa Harp Fest (Galicia), …). Singers and instrumentalists (harp, saz, percussion), they twirl between improvisations and traditional songs from Galicia, Asturias, Brittany and more distant regions (Italy, Turkey, Venezuela, Afghanistan…) to serve up an intense and colorful rhythmic and vocal polyphony.
